Loft International Academy is a boutique early childhood education centre in Phnom Penh for children aged 18 months to 6 years. We provide a nurturing, inclusive environment where young children develop the confidence, independence, and foundational skills they need to thrive at school and in life.

Our curriculum combines international best practice with the philosophies underpinning New Zealand's child-centred and bicultural approach to education, while embracing Cambodia's rich culture and language through our dual Khmer-English programme. Through play-based learning, children are encouraged to explore, question, create, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

We believe that early childhood is about more than academic preparation. Alongside early literacy and numeracy, we place strong emphasis on communication, social-emotional development, wellbeing, life skills, and self-confidence. Children engage in a rich programme that includes sensory exploration, cooking, mindfulness, yoga, indoor play, creative arts, and hands-on learning experiences designed to support their holistic development.

With small class sizes and strong partnerships between teachers and families, every child is known, valued, and supported to reach their full potential.
