We've rounded up the best, most family-friendly spots to celebrate - from costume parades to intergalactic adventures. Get those Halloween outfits ready, because it's going to be a fang-tastic night out!
🎃 Coconut Park
Back for its fourth year, this is one of the most beloved outdoor family parties in town. It's set on a large grassy field, making it the perfect spot to lay a picnic blanket and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
The Vibe: A classic, expansive outdoor carnival feel with tons of room for kids to run around.
Highlights: The annual Costume Parade for kids, adults, and even pets! Stick around for the Fire Dance Show and trick-or-treating.
When: Saturday, Nov. 1st. Starts at 3 PM and runs late. Trick-or-treating begins at 7 PM.
Cost: Free Entry!
🎃 Rose Garden Clubhouse
Get ready for a fun and energetic bash where little ones can show off their costumes along with their dance moves.
The Vibe: A dance party, games and spooky snacks for the kiddos.
Highlights: A Live DJ, live dance performances, and an exciting KPOP Demon Hunters Dance Battle! Plus, a special round of trick-or-treating.
When: Friday, Oct. 31st, 5 PM – 7 PM.
Cost: Tickets $7 per child, $5 per adult (only $5 / $3 for early birds!)
🎃 Combi Plaza International School
Geared for the pre-school crowd, this imaginative event blending Halloween and Space themes will transform the entire school into a solar system with eight different planets to explore (Sorry Pluto).
The Vibe: A fun, educational, intergalactic costume adventure designed for kids 2-6 years.
Highlights: Kids will trick-or-treat after every game, enjoy a special Alien Mocktail, and catch the spectacular Alien Knights Show.
When: Saturday, Oct. 25th, 9 AM – 1 PM.
Cost: $5 per child (free for Combi students and adults).
🎃 Le Club Phnom Penh
An evening of family fun where you kids and adults alike can test their strategy on bouldering walls and win prizes for the spookiest or most outlandish costume.
The Vibe: Indoor gym decked up for the holiday with wall puzzles to solve.
Highlights: Fun climbing games, candy hunts… and did somebody say karaoke?
When: Friday, Oct. 31st. from 5 PM to 10 PM.
Cost: $3 (free for members)
🎃 Bassac Garden
This annual family-friendly street party is a long-standing Phnom Penh tradition and one of the only places in the city where little ghosts and ghouls can go door-to-door trick-or-treating!
The Vibe: Old-school Halloween on walkable, safe streets in a gated community.
Highlights: Door-to-door trick-or-treating – it doesn’t get any better than that!
When: Friday, Oct. 31st. Trick-or-Treating is from 5 PM – 7 PM, with the Street Party continuing on until 8 PM.
Cost: Open to the public, but if your child is trick-or-treating, you're asked to donate 50 pieces of candy per participating child and a small fee ($2.5 per family) for the street party.
🎃 Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra
If your family is looking for a more upscale, relaxed way to celebrate the night, the Sofitel is putting on a lavish Halloween dinner buffet at La Coupole.
The Vibe: Festive, spooky elegance with delicious food and themed activities for the kids.
Highlights: Enjoy beautifully decorated tables and a thrilling costume contest with great prizes.
When: Friday, Oct. 31st, from 6 PM onwards.
Cost: $50++ for limitless food (50% off for kids 5-11).
🎃 Factory Phnom Penh
The sprawling former garment factory known as Factory Phnom Penh is transforming into a massive, free-entry fun fair for the whole family. It's a two-day blast of performances, live music, and activities.
The Vibe: High-energy festival fun in an atmospheric setting.
Highlights: The Halloween Pet Show Competition on Sunday, Oct. 26th! Dress up your furry friend for a chance to win a cash prize. You and your pet can even rock matching costumes!

A pet-friendly chill-out event with an outdoor movie and cool evening vibes.
