Bassac Garden Halloween 2025

Bassac Garden Halloween features trick-or-treating throughout Bassac Garden City and a Halloween Street Party on J Street featuring DJ Moto and food and drink vendors. The event is open to non-Bassac Garden City residents. Families not giving out candy at their house but having children participate in trick-or-treating should contribute individually wrapped candy pieces. All candy will be distributed to houses giving out candy to trick-or-treaters. Event is free to access, donations to help pay for the community organised Halloween Street Party are welcomed (see ABA link below).

Schedule:

5-7pm • Trick-or-Treating in Bassac Garden City

5-8pm • Halloween Street Party on "J Street" (Jasmine St)

>> Halloween street party with DJ Moto

>> Food & drink vendors on "J Street" (Jasmine St)

Details:

This is an event organised by the residents of the Bassac Garden City community, to participate you must please;-

1️⃣ Drop off a bag containing (minimum) 50 pieces of individually wrapped candy for each participating child

>> drop-off location is house J17 on Jasmine Street (a private residence of an event organising partner)

>> must drop off before 12:00PM noon on Wednesday October 29th 2025

>> candy should be placed in the large orange cooler outside

>> you do not need to ring the bell when you drop off candy

2️⃣ All candy will be distributed to houses giving out candy to trick-or-treaters on the morning of Saturday Oct 26th

3️⃣ If you live in the community and are giving candy out to trick-or-treaters, you do not need to drop off candy

• Event is free to access for all

  • Organised by the residents of the Bassac Garden City community

• All attendees are requested to donate sweets / candy

  • 50 pieces of individually wrapped candy per participating child

• Donations towards the Halloween street party are welcomed
