About
*Oct. 2025: Dinosaurs Alive is currently closed. Depending who you ask, they're either revamping the whole place or cooking up something totally new for that spot. If you're thinking of swinging by, definitely call or DM them first to avoid a wasted trip.
Spread across 25,000 square meters of lush, jungle-like landscape, this theme park is a blast from the past, populated by dozens of life-sized, surprisingly lifelike dinosaur exhibits. Some roar, some move, and all of them are guaranteed to have your little paleontologists-in-training utterly captivated.
Winding walking paths guide you through the prehistoric foliage, leading to a slew of attractions. There are theme rides, a mock volcano that's perfect for a photo op, and an indoor playground for the inevitable midday energy burst.
Need a break from all the walking? Catch a show at one of the cinemas or outdoor stages, which offer a lineup of dino-themed entertainment.
Getting around the park is an adventure in itself. You can hop on a brightly colored wheeled train for a leisurely tour, or, for a more scenic route, head to the docks. Here, you can rent a pedal boat and cruise slowly down a lazy river, gliding past a few peaceful sauropods enjoying a leafy snack.
While some of the dinos might feel a little cheesy to us jaded adults, the sheer joy on a kid's face as they encounter a roaring T-Rex is priceless. Plus, many of the exhibits come with informative plaques, so you might even learn a thing or two yourself. Dinosaurs Alive is less about high-tech thrills and more about pure, unadulterated kid-friendly fun.
