About
As the final installment in the city's Coconut Park trilogy, this lush, grassy urban oasis is destined to become a top family destination. It's the perfect place to kick back, unwind, and let your little ones run wild and free away from the bustling city streets.
At the heart of it all is a sprawling green field crisscrossed by wide, smooth paths perfect for walking or jogging. Parents will instantly recognize this vibrant space as prime picnic territory - the perfect excuse to lay down a blanket, unpack the picnic baskets, and break out the frisbees and sunblock. Don't sweat it if you forgot to pack enough food, either; the park features handy snack stands scattered around the grounds to keep the whole crew hydrated and fueled up.
When the tropical heat gets a bit too intense, you can easily transition indoors. Head next door to the Ice Dome to cool off on the indoor skating rink.
Back out on the green, make sure your little adventurers keep a close eye on the bushes. They might just spot a few dinosaurs lurking in the greenery - a super fun, quirky remnant from the park's former incarnation as an animatronic dinosaur theme park.
If you have early risers in the household, the park also doubles as a beautiful, serene spot for a morning walk or jog before the midday sun peaks.
* We'll update once we get official word on the park's policy for cycling, inline skating and pets.
