Take the family for some fresh air and a natural setting on this farm and day resort that opens its doors to visitors on the weekend. The property is especially beautiful during the rainy season when the pond is full and fields are flush with green rice shoots.

Most people come for the day, though it is possible to overnight in a private cottage or a tent pitched on the lawn. Meals made from fresh local ingredients are served at tables in the main courtyard, but can also be taken out for picnics in the small huts that dot the property.

There are several nice trails to walk or cycle, including a long boardwalk that traverses the rice fields. Other activities like kayaking, fishing and archery can be arranged upon request.

The kids will find plenty of room to run around, and have a small playground and some wooden treehouses to explore.
