About
This Japanese-owned gem swaps the concrete jungle of Phnom Penh for a literal jungle of tropical greenery, centered around a sleek, palm-fringed swimming pool that feels worlds away from the city's frantic tuk-tuk horns.
While most hotel pools in the capital are either sterile rooftop rectangles or party-heavy hubs, Iroha is a tranquil retreat. The pool is surrounded by greenery, wooden decking, shaded cabanas, meaning you can keep a close eye on the kids without getting scorched.
It's laid-back, respectful, and incredibly lush. It’s quiet enough for a nap but friendly enough that you won't feel awkward if your kid does a slightly-too-loud cannonball. And the pool is definitely good for kids, with wide steps and shallower sections perfect for supervised splashing. Plus, the garden is full of squirrels and birds, which provides plenty of "nature trail" entertainment between swims.
