Mar 2026: Speedster Integrated Resort is a refreshed version of the former Prince Manor Resort, now under new management. The previous resort included an amusement park, water park, and a striking 88‑meter ferris wheel. At this time, the new owners (the same operators as Speedster Kart Circuit in Sihanoukville) have not confirmed whether these attractions will reopen. We will update as more information comes available.

Billed as Phnom Penh's "newest adrenaline playground", this resort and activity park set on the banks of the Mekong in Kien Svay opened in late February 2026 with four attractions:
Speedster Street Circuit - go kart track
SpeedAnglers - fishing
SpeedArchers - archery
Flame Resort & Bistro - hotel and restaurant
Speedster Integrated Resort is located about 20 kilometers southeast of Phnom Penh in Koh Pos village and can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. There is no public transport, though City Bus line 1B will get you as far as Kien Svay and you can hire a tuk tuk to take you the remaining 6 kilometers to the resort in Dei Edth village.
Regardless of where you get a car or tuk tuk from, be sure to arrange a round trip and waiting time.
