Your kids will be mesmerized by the shimmering pools full of colorful Japanese koi at this fish farm.

While you could come just to look at all the pretty fish, they're hoping you might pick one for your home aquarium or fish pond. But even if you don't, you can view their vast selection and stick around for some food and fun.

Enter the giant covered hangar where a walkway separates rows of pools that teem with different breeds of ornamental koi flown in from Japan.

There is a cafe and a row of thatched huts where you can have a drink or a meal (no koi on the menu, phew!). There is also a small playground for the kids.
