If your child is already climbing the walls at home, this indoor climbing gym provides a much better and safer alternative.

Operating since 2015, Phnom Climb was Cambodia's first indoor climbing gym and remains its biggest. The walls inside its cavernous space are peppered with climbing grips and holds to create a range of bouldering and climbing routes suitable for every skill level. These routes are regularly updated to keep things fresh and challenging for returning climbers.

A safety harness is provided, and special climbing shoes can be rented or you can bring your own. The gym's staff include expert climbers, who provide instruction and guidance for the various programs. Instructors offer climbing courses for all ages - from toddlers just finding their footing to adults looking to refine their technique.

There are climbing programs and activities tailored for every age. All climbers are required to pass a safety exam if they intend to belay or lead climb.

Phnom Climb also hosts climbing tournaments throughout the year, fostering a vibrant community and offering a chance for climbers to test their skills in a fun, competitive setting. The gym also organizes field trips to outdoor climbing locations.
