Meta House has been a focal point of the local art scene since 2007. It provides both a platform for local artists, and exhibition space for local and international contemporary art, film, music and cultural performances.

While there might not be much of interest for younger kids on a regular night, it's worth keeping tabs on the cultural salon's agenda, which has included animation film festivals and special kids events. In addition, many of the art exhibits, music performances, and documentaries screened here would be suitable for older children and teens.

Through its affiliation with the Goethe Institute, Meta House offers courses on German language, Western Classical music and film-making.
