Created as a destination for families, Kei La Park is a small wooded park with an indoor/outdoor restaurant, food stalls, a spa, and indoor sports facilities.

There are free tricycles for kids to ride in the outdoor restaurant area and a short bicycle trail weaves through the complex. There is also a foosball table that is free to use.

Sporting facilities on site include a large table tennis hall and badminton courts, as well as a swimming pool.
