About
Put on some skates and take to the ice at Cambodia's only full-size ice rink. Housed in a white dome on the grounds of Dinosaurs Alive, this new ice arena and recreation complex is open for scheduled public skates and will serve as a venue for figure skating and ice hockey.
Inside, you'll find lockers to store your personal belongings, a spacious area with benches to put on your skates, and a viewing area to watch all the action on the ice.
Ice skates and other equipment are available for rent, including orange skater trainers for any beginners who feel a bit wobbly on the ice (and not just kids).
Be sure to dress appropriately. It's chilly in the arena if you're just watching the skaters, but if you're skating you'll warm up quickly. And if you skate hard you'll break a sweat.
Bundle up your little skaters in clothes that let them move freely and stay warm. You'll definitely want socks, trousers or thick leggings, and a long-sleeved shirt or jacket. Consider a sweater, gloves and a warm hat for slower moving skaters.
