Bouldering for Kids (age 4-6)

This class is suited for young children aged 4 to 6, with or without prior climbing experience. It focuses on building confidence, coordination, and basic climbing awareness in a fun, playful environment.

Class overview:

The session starts with a short name-sharing circle to help children feel welcome and comfortable. A structured warm-up follows, engaging the whole body through dynamic movements designed to prepare them safely for climbing.

The climbing activities are imaginative and game-based, including challenges like finding hidden animal toys and collecting rewards while climbing. These activities encourage memory, observation, and physical exploration of the wall. Later in the class, children participate in a climb-and-jump circuit, combining movement, balance, and agility in a playful format.

Short water breaks are included to maintain energy and focus. The session finishes with stickers and goodbyes, rewarding participation and effort, and leaving each child with a positive experience of climbing.

What Parents Can Expect:

Your little climber just needs to arrive in comfortable sporty clothes that allow them to move freely. We've got the rest covered! Our class fee includes everything from rental shoes to chalk - plus, they'll get free all-day access to our gym. Just be sure they bring their own water bottle to stay hydrated at our free water station.

Our gym includes two well-equipped locker rooms, each with showers, toilets, and a changing table for your convenience.

For our youngest climbers, specifically toddlers and little ones, we ask that you stay on site for the duration of the class. Feel free to relax and watch the action from our cozy cafe or enjoy a coffee and some fresh air on the rooftop terrace. For all other classes, parents are welcome to drop off their kids and pick them up once the session is over.
