Football is a great sport to develop your child's physical literacy, basic skills like running, jumping, throwing, catching, kicking, and hundreds more that fit in the even broader categories of agility, balance, coordination, movement and speed - the building blocks of physical literacy.
š What to wear/bring?
Enrolment does not include or require a uniform. Kids should wear shorts and T-shirt, and trainers or running shoes (no open-toed shoes, sliders or Crocs).
Free water refills available. Bring your own bottle.
š About the venue:
The football pitch is a hard court under a roof with seating available for parents or guardians to watch. There are changing facilities but no showers.

A free trial class is available for first-time 1CASA students and is included when booking any package. No risk - if after the first (trial) class you wish to cancel you will receive your full money back for the class and any remaining sessions.
