⭐ Gymnastics (led by Coach Sarah) develops skills that help children build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness. These prepare children to do well in any other sport, or build upon those foundations within the sport of Gymnastics.

🤸🏽‍♀️ The first session is an assessment and coach may move students to another class according to their skill level.

👟 What to wear/bring?
Kids should wear shorts and a T-shirt or leotard. Club leotards are available to purchase.

No shoes are allowed in the gym. Socks are optional.

Water refills are available. Bring your own water bottle.

🏟 About the venue:
The gym is air conditioned with seating outside for parents or guardians and a bathroom where kids can change or shower.
