A competitive training program designed for younger girls who are interested in developing their skills for gymnastics competitions. Level 2 - 5 WAG.

Gymnastics develops skills that help children build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness. These prepare children to do well in any other sport, or build upon those foundations within the sport of gymnastics.

🤸🏽‍♀️ The first session is an assessment and the coach may move students to another class according to their skill level.

👟 What to wear/bring?
• Kids should wear shorts and a T-shirt or leotard.
• No shoes are allowed in the gym. Socks are optional.
• Water refills are available. Bring your own water bottle.

🏟 About the venue:
The gym is air conditioned with seating outside for parents or guardians and a bathroom where kids can change or shower.
