"On behalf of SCIA Mr. Musa Jaafar (Board Games CCA Teacher-In-Charge) cordially invites all students from Phnom Penh to participate in this inaugural gaming event! Very excited to host these gatherings and to foster friendly interactions and camaraderie among students from various schools. We believe that tabletop gaming allows students to practise positive interactions with others in a social setting. Tabletop games also promotes and encourages teamwork, deduction, forward planning, critical thinking/strategizing and effective communication skills. We aim to create a fun and competitive atmosphere where students can explore various board games and forge meaningful connections with their peers across schools."
Free entry casual board gaming meet-up session also taking place during the afternoon (11:30am - 2pm) at the same time as the competition, in the canteen area of SCIA.
Competition Rules
• registration fees apply only for those taking part in the competition
• register for a chance to win $40 worth of store vouchers and games
>> Grade 4-8 (age 9-13yrs) $5 per player
>> Grade 9-12 (age 14-18yrs) $5 per player
>> Adult (age 19yrs+) $9 per player
