About this event

"Japan Cambodia Cultural Festival, which is a combination of Cambodia and Japan as the seasonal events and activities that co-organized by Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center, Embassy of Japan in Cambodia and The Japan Foundation, Phnom Penh Liaison Office."

A large scale annual event unifying the Japan-Cambodia diplomatic, cultural and artistic bond. Completely FREE to attend for all.

Several activities, workshops, sample classes, performances and more over three days (Fri/Sat/Sun). Tanabata (also known as the Star Festival) means "Evening of the seventh". It is a Japanese festival originating from the Chinese Qixi Festival. All featured activities are FREE attend and/or participate in (some with limited capacity, enquire ahead).
