"In-line Hockey sport is an excellent way of developing the leg muscles, such as the hamstrings, calves and hip flexor muscles, It also helps improve hand-eye coordination and footwork skills."
Class times:
• Saturday 9am-10am and 10am-11am
• Wednesday 4pm-5pm , 5pm-6pm and 6pm-7pm
