Halloween fun day celebration with many activities. Cupcake decoration with three sessions available on a first come, first serve basis with no advance registration. Free face painting and balloon twisting. Free Kiddy Park passes available while stocks last, limited to one per parent. Free movie screening of "Bebefinn: Into the Pinkfong World" at Legend Premium Cinema. Fun games and prizes. Terms and conditions apply.
