Bouldering - Youth Explore (age 11-15)

This class is designed for pre-teens and teenagers who are comfortable with basic climbing and want to expand their skills in a supportive, social environment. It is suitable for those who already enjoy climbing recreationally and are ready to explore more advanced techniques without the pressure of competition.

Class overview:

The session begins with a group warm-up that promotes body awareness, mobility, and readiness for climbing. The main focus is on exploring different types of routes and movements, encouraging participants to experiment, problem-solve, and develop personal climbing strategies. Instructors guide the group through activities that highlight technique, efficiency, and confidence-building, while still maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Water breaks are included to maintain energy and focus. The class closes with group reflection and positive reinforcement, giving participants a sense of achievement while nurturing their curiosity for climbing.

What Parents Can Expect:

Your little climber just needs to arrive in comfortable sporty clothes that allow them to move freely. We've got the rest covered! Our class fee includes everything from rental shoes to chalk - plus, they'll get free all-day access to our gym. Just be sure they bring their own water bottle to stay hydrated at our free water station.

Our gym includes two well-equipped locker rooms, each with showers, toilets, and a changing table for your convenience.

For our youngest climbers, specifically toddlers and little ones, we ask that you stay on site for the duration of the class. Feel free to relax and watch the action from our cozy cafe or enjoy a coffee and some fresh air on the rooftop terrace. For all other classes, parents are welcome to drop off their kids and pick them up once the session is over.
